work nicely done but the tires aren't appealing. I think tires having bigger groves would look awesome with this ride (hope you get what I meant because I dont know the exact terminology to use for the groves of tires).

We did not engine is original only change rings

Yea tyres and rims are old one off from my surf.
I might change both with hallow rims of not in future tyres will be replaced we build this for on and off road so what ever I do with This baby have to keep on mind That this not only off road but on road as well

I will suggest not to cut and weld original dash - That will look ugly.

Not cutting we are going to make new one more like same width but creating some space in it.

Some air con guys have said that ac in fj40 is not successful no reason given.

We have dabba air con which is only affective in front I have been thinking how to have air wents in back or dabba so far no success and wanted to have some sort of air went driver side as well.

Amazing build. About AC, are you running engine driven fixed fan? if yes then it is better to find a viscous coupling clutch fan, it has more throw and it engages disengages with temperature changes. It wilsa ve fuel as well because on speed enough air is passed through radiator already without the need of fan to engage and draw air putting load on engine. Think about it, it is not liked by local mechanics but i have tried and tested it to be worth while.
