Amazing build. About AC, are you running engine driven fixed fan? if yes then it is better to find a viscous coupling clutch fan, it has more throw and it engages disengages with temperature changes. It wilsa ve fuel as well because on speed enough air is passed through radiator already without the need of fan to engage and draw air putting load on engine. Think about it, it is not liked by local mechanics but i have tried and tested it to be worth while.
