Before the clear-coat gets any further treatment, I'm giving it a couple of days to dry out completely, and be absorbed by the paintwork, thoroughly.
On Monday (Insha Allah) we're going to give it a wet rub with some 4000 grit sandpaper...something that is gentle enough to preserve the gloss of the paint, but also coarse enough to cut away all the imperfections. This is going to be followed by a rub with some rubbing/cutting compound. A rub with some cleaner wax will follow, after which we'll use a sealant over this, to provide protection. To top it off, a nice layer of carnauba is going to be added, to lend some depth to the colour.
Hopefully, the end product should be free from imperfections, as far as is possible.
