Flop Kalam Trip 2013

a series of un fortunate events ................

cudnt make it to Kharkhari lake coz the bridge near Gujar Gabral was destroyed .......

cudnt reach spinkhor Lake and desan meadows coz of unexpected rain and also lost our luggage in the Nala from Kundol lake ......

yar agar kundol lake trek par koi keys ap logon ko milay tu latay ana wo meri car keys honge...

Very sorry to hear about the loss. especially the car keys..However, for the benefit of others, it would be nice if u could explain the mistakes, So that others can be better prepared in order to avoid such mishaps and avoid'em.

If you managed to visit 2 lakes out of 5, it isn't a flop trip.
Weather factor should always be kept in mind while traveling to these parts.

yes i had cheeked the forecast on many sites and this rain was was not predicted ..

it even rained here in wah area. i had all equipment to cater for rain but other factors which i will narrate later slowed us down so i cudnt meet my timeline

How was the security situation in lower & upper swat? I'm going on June 8, 2013 wid friends..Is it safe to hire vehicle from Mingora and are these taxi drivers trustable? Heard there's kidnapping for ransom etc. etc..

the security situation is alrite no problems there. yes u can go on taxis from mingora only it will cost u a lot..... rola koi nai hai wahan there is army everywhere and stuff......

Totally agree with @glitteringstar. Amazing pics and having seen them, i'm not ready to buy your statement that "It was a Flop tour"
