gilgit to gupis... road is ok... civic not recommended due to a few bad patches. can be taken but at risk. no dangerous turns etc. only a few bad patches.
gupis to yasin... normal cars can reach up to taus and a little further ahead at lalak jan shaheed (nishan e haidar) mizar. ... within 30min to 1 hour u can be in yasin valley from gupis
gupis to phandar.. road is good. single track but it is metaled. from gupis u can reach phandar within 1.5 hours. max.
gilgit to gupis is not 2-3 hours its more... it will take 4 hours at least. from yasin i reached gilgit in 5.5 hours.
point 4. possible.. but why in so much hurry.. it is better if u cut yasin from this. u can come back to gilgit from phandar.
considering yasin, it is almost untouched pristine ahead Tous village.. u must reach darkot village if u want to see yasin valley. there is a small muddy colored lake as well just under base of a glacier opposite to darkot pass.
stay a night in TAUS (a village ahead yasin-- there are some resthouses that charge 1000 to 1500 depending on bargain power and explore yasin for one whole day. see yasin fort, yasin fruit nursery, yasin basin from top of a hill at taus and most magnificient darkot village.)
