som1 from kashmir or chitral will come running for this as it suits there terian alot specialy chitral side! 32 lakh sounds alot but sice its a 2005 it will sell and be bought by som1 who values these type of lc as they are rare!

O ho, I have inquired my friend all about it, he says that it is very old model, & in some countries like Saudia Arabia, it is still in production, thats why the poster said 2005model,

BTW in Saudia it is still in production uptill 2008(don't know about now), the whole shape is similar, they just changed its interior & some specification, the whole body is same.

For those who do not know, this shape which most are mistaking as an old model has been produced since 1985 till present and is known as the landcruiser 70 series. It is the workhorse model in the landcruiser range. The 'new' landcruisers most of you are talking about are the luxury SUV models. Since 85 the shapes is pretty much the same apart from front grill and turn light housings. But 2k5 or no 2k5, price is on the upside. By the way, lcs are not made in saudi arabia.

Brother! There are no. of Car brands, locally assembled in Saudia Arabia, LCs are in too low classed category as compared in Saudia Arabia, A normal person sitting in Pakistan cannot imagine, and always underestimate Saudi Industry!

My friend unlike people in Pakistan, people in the rest of the world are capable of seeing landcruisers for what they are, good 4x4s and not only status symbol parade floats. So saudis use them at what they are best, off roading. The FZJ71 is a favourite amongst the arabs for dune bashing. Howevr the landcruiser since its inception has been built at Aichi and Tahara in Japan and the fzj71 has also seen production in Venezuela in left hand drive version.By the way i spent 5 years in saudi city, Jeddah.

Brother my whole family is settled in Jeddah,Saudia since 20years. I m here for some business nowadays,

LCs & Other 4x4s here are very demanding & expensive but in Saudia Arabia all types of 4x4s are very cheap, u can get a good New GMC in 75-80% price of a new LC, GMC & Chevy are very demanding in SA. There are other options available because there are a no. of good car & SUV brands from all around the world.
