Thanks, well I do understand that the Nexus V having hardware advantages still I don't really like the size and the look is kind of boring. Where as this, fits perfectly and it's just is shiny and all. I'm moving forward to that because "Nexus" I have no other option [emoji5].
For rooting well the safest way would be the nexus root toolkit. It does everything for you with no such hustle.
