Problem is new cars (in my view) is that new is new. 
used is used. your car is around 7000km driven now brother. its not that new.
if i wanted to buy a new mehran, why would i buy urs to save 10-20 thousand rs? and that too with some scratches? people buy new cars as second hand only and only if they get a good deal brother.
i got zero mehran last month for 607,000rs. registration cost 32k. ac cost 29,500rs. original mehran ac that the company fits.
just sharing my view for the reason of slow resale
