Hello gentlemen and that thing (Paula), interesting couple of weeks. I`ve been away doing "other" interesting things as my time here nears it's end and i prepare to return to life of load shedding etc which from what i have heard from back home is pretty bad again. Choppat raja seems to be in full glory and there is no end in sight.
Anyway, back to racing, and as they say " then there were three " Three contenders, three races to go, two tracks, a pretty level playing field for all three contenders and Abu Dhabi perhaps more to Red Bulls' advantage. On paper, there should have been no contest come this time of the season given the car Red Bull have but this has been a strange season. So on we go and there might still be a few twists and turns. Brazil for instance could very well be a wet race and though late as it might be for both Mclaren drivers, it could bring them back in the title hunt. South Korea looks to be an interesting tracks with two long straights, three if you count the start finish and that should be helpful for Mclaren too.
Webber needs to win a race in order to win the world title. The other two don't have a choice except go for wins. I feel it's still Weber's title to lose and if he loses it to the Ferrari, at least Red Bull will know who was responsible for it. Not for a second do i believe the crap that comes out of Red Bull PR about letting their drivers race and no team orders etc etc. That is Red Bull full of bull $hit. The only reason it's going on is quite obvious.
I thoroughly enjoyed the last three races. Singapore for me will be the stand out race of the season or it is for now. Suzuka went more or less as expected but encouraging signs for those who don't support Red Bull. The race pace of Ferrari in particular and even Mclaren was very good. The time they lost was almost all in the first sector and nothing remotely similar is on the remaining GP tracks.
Massa got away with murder. I have generally felt the stewards have done an okay job this season contrary to what others think. We, the fans on one hand want wheel to wheel racing but as soon as two drivers touch wheels, we are up in arms about one or the other driver being punished. That can't be, but what Massa did at the start, the line he took and his approach to the corner was only going to result in one thing, a crash and that's what we got. Never mind a grid penalty for next race, I would have liked a race ban as a punishment. It is unacceptable.
A lot of rumors doing the here. One being, Schumacher will test the new car and make up his mind in Feb of next year. It's one that Eddie Jordan has been spreading for the last few grand prix. I don't buy it, but he seems convinced and points to Sutil and a couple other other drivers, who are hesitant in signing a new contract because of that reason because they feel there might be an opening at Mercedes next season. Very very very unlikely i think.
Th second one and a rather bizarre one, Massa will be released at the end of this season along with his race engineer to find a new home. He is " supposedly " heading for a middle of the grid team:S who will take up his seat in an unknown but one strange name that's been talked about is Sebastian Buemi.
A passing comment about the new F1 game. Been playing that for a few weeks now and have to say I am pretty disappointed. It's more arcade than i thought it would be. Then again, codemaster make that kinda stuff. They were behind " the grid " and this is something like it. If you are a die hard F1 fan and want to enjoy driving F1 cars then sure it's the game for you. If you want to enjoy a really fun racing game then save your money and go for Forza Motorpoert 3 or even Forza Motorport 2.

How are things little bro? I didn't get any PM from you. I only got one from Toofan, asking if he could publish those articles, that's about it.
@m_waqas
Yo buddy, err I meant your royal kinkiness:D how's it going? Has Steve been treating you well? Sorry your guy could not make a come back in, but in all probability he'll drive a Ford in rally cars next year. At least someone is stupid enough to be paying him:-#
@Eddie the drug dealer
How was your trip, sir? Did you get some good quality stuff while you were there? Reading through several pages of this thread, i feel come the last race and end of season you are likely to have a few clients who'd potentially want a lot of that stuff to get over the result;) Sounds like a good time for business.
Sorry about Raikkonen:-# but hey, there is always 2012.
