All FIA need to clarify/will clarify, is-that there will be no over taking on the last lap, if the race is being run behind safety car, and it's brought in on the last lap to let the leader take the chequered flag. Yellow, green, blue, red whatever flags are being shown, there will be no passing on the last lap.
They will move to clarify that part and admit to the mistakes made in Monaco, an issue which should have been taken up with the clark of the course. Wrong as his move was, Schumacher did not deserve a 20 second penalty for it. The SC boards will be displayed and yellows waved. They cannot and will not allow for over taking on the last lap if the safety car has been deployed.
Every team got on the radio to Charlie Whiting immediately, saying the pass was illegal except one team, Mercedes. That having been said, obviously we, the arm chair experts, known better than those who run F1 teams:D
