Good race, enjoyed it throughly. Mclaren looks very good. It's quite likely they had something in hand and Button was controlling the race. Safety car infact played into the hands of Red Bull, it allowed Vettel to get second place and got Webber fourth. Such was Mclaren's superiority that at the re-start Button pulled a 1 second gap over Vettel in the first sector, not the first lap, but the first sector alone. On a track like this Red Bull could not live with Mclaren.
In a week's time we will get a better picture whether the Mclaren goes equally well on a very different track like Sepang, a track where one would expect Red Bull to dominate.
Lotus is clearly the third best team for now. Mercedes is faster in qualifying trim but no where near good enough in the race and they have tire degradation problems which are worse than Ferrari. The order will not change much in these fly away races, Ferrari have some updates for the third GP but the same goes for other teams. Ferrari will out develop Lotus for sure and quite possibly Mercedes too by the time the European season is fully underway. Whether they can close the gap to the front two remains to be seen.
Lastly, come back Luca Badoer, all is forgiven:-#:-#

If it was only about Kimi then I could find that remark a bit sarcastic but as it is also involved Michal and I am pretty sure that @UK thinks Rosberg is a much better driver then the results have shown so that comment is not sarcastic at all.
That needs a little clarification. What i have been saying and tried to say there was; that Rosberg is a much better driver than the Schumacher we have now. The Schumacher of old was a different animal. His fans seem to be living in 2002 and not 2012. You can't roll back the years. Yes, with all his experience and undoubted brilliance he will produce 4-5 good drives in a 19-20 race season. He might make a good strategy call, risk something in changeable conditions etc but the 2012 Schumacher cannot compete with Rosberg. It would have been a very different story if this was 2002 and not 2012.
As for Raikkonen, my dislike for the guy aside, he was and is more talented than Grosjean. He may or may not have the better of Grosjean over the 20 race season but Raikkonen was and is more talented. The question mark is over his ability to adopt, his fitness and commitment. It will take time, 3-4 races possibly.
