I would not say that, RedBull is not strong on these 2 tracks for 3 out of last 4 years since the introduction of new aero rules. They only won one race in Spa and Monza both in the car that was arguably the best car of this new aero rule generation RB7. Otherwise in 2009, RedBull was nowhere in Spa and Monza, Monza in 2009 was dominated by Mercedes power cars which occupy 6 out of top 7 spots in Monza qualifying that year only Raikkonen's Ferrari F60 was present between them.
Barrichello wins the Italian GP in BrawnGP team powered by Mercedes, followed by Button and Kimi came 3rd after Hamilton crashed out of the race just 2 laps before the end, RedBull finished 6th and 7th. In 2010, Alonso wins the race in Ferrari with McLaren's 2nd and 3rd and Vettel finished 4th while Webber spins out off the race on the first lap at the 2nd chicane. In 2011, Vettel qualified on pole and wins the race while Webber crashed out at the parabolica.
The same type of results are there in Spa, in 2010 Hamilton wins, Webber finished 3rd while Vettel have one of the worst races of his career. In 2009, RedBull were nowhere near podium and in 2011 Vettel wins the race.
The problem with these 2 tracks is the lack of power from the engine, Renault in comparision to Ferrari and Mercedes is down on power and it could be seen in the results too.
The next tracks are where RedBull is performing strongly since 2009 like Singapore, Suzuka, Abu Dhabi. India and Korea are new but on both those tracks RedBull have a win too. Even in Brazil for last 3 years its RedBull that have won that race. So, its now 39 points 7 races. let the count down begin.
