Pascal Wehrlein replaced by Antonio Giovinazzi for Australian GP
Sauber driver Pascal Wehrlein will miss the season-opening Australian Grand Prix after admitting he does not feel fit enough to complete a race distance. After he informed the team it decided to replace him with Ferrari reserve driver Antonio Giovinazzi from final practice onwards.
Sebastian Vettel fastest in shortened final practice
MELBOURNE, Australia -- Sebastian Vettel topped the final practice session ahead of qualifying for the Australian Grand Prix, giving hope that Ferrari might be able to take the battle to Mercedes at the opening round of the season.
