No, F2 uses the same pitlane that F1 uses, the only difference is F1 teams equipment is present in the garages while F2 and F3 teams equipment is present in front of these garages. Also, as F2 and F3 cars are single make so there is no difference in between different team's cars and nothing to hide from other teams like what F1 teams need to do.

Separate pitlane option is not available for most tracks and that is why its not applied. F2 is more exciting because cars are same for all competing drivers and the only advantage is who is best at making the best setup for each track. F2 cars are also less aero dependent then F1 cars as is evident from the front wing on these cars. These simple wings provide less downforce but better racing chances against one another.

Basically Mick is part of Ferrari Junior program which is a part of Ferrari drivers Academy, so he has a contract of getting the F1 drive if he is the highest finisher in the standings as there are other drivers on the F2 grid who are part of Ferrari Junior program. Those drivers are Robert Schwartzman, Callum ILlot and Marcus Armstrong alongside Mick Schumacher. So if he finishes in the top 3 and the first Ferrari Junior then he will get the F1 seat but with recent rumours of Kimi Raikkonen most probably retiring it could easily means that there may be more then one F1 seats available for these Ferrari juniors.

Yes the manufacturer of F2 and F3 cars is the Italian firm Dallara. Mick was not in the spot light at the start of the season as he had quite a few bad results but his recent run of podium finishes has made him the most consistent performer plus he has overcome some difficulty in managing the tyres which have allowed to achieve results that at one point was not possible.

That Karting guy's behavior is really unacceptable. First he endangered the lives of the racers and then personally attack the guy. On top of that, probably his manager or father also attacked the other boy.

Well as he has already apologized for his action and also vows not to race ever again, I think it still not clear what really goes through his mind at that very moment to go in such level of absurdity. On top of it his father is the owner of that track where this race was held which makes it even more ridiculous, just something that can't be explained rationally or irrationally.

Renault are the most likely as it not a choice type situation for either Renault or RedBull but just the application of rules that FIA has set in the Sporting Regulations. Where engine manufacturer with least amount of teams on the grid will be forced to provide engines to those teams who are without any engines. At the moment or rather for 2022, the team and engine allocation is as follows:
Mercedes, Aston Martin(Racing Point), Williams and McLaren have Mercedes engines
Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, HAAS have Ferrari engines
Alpine(Renault) have Renault engines
RedBull and AlphaTauri are without engines

With Mercedes have 1 manufacturer and 3 customers their house is full, Ferrari also have a full house with 1 manufacturer and 2 customers and Renault only one manufacturer in Alpine. So they are forced to provide engines to RedBull and AlphaTauri. Unless RedBull could bring another manufacturer which in current situation economically is quite a big ask.

Although there are 3 engines that are available but all 3 needs a hefty amount of upgrades to compete against the current engines by other 3 manufacturers. These 3 engines are Cosworth, PURE and Porsche, Cosworth and PURE are currently on the 2014 level and needs almost a decade level development to be competitive only RedBull's money and will could make them work but the time is short and RedBull needs a heavy FIA favor for such a project.

Porsche was developed in 2017 with the intention of joining the grid in 2019 or 2020. So this engine is quite advanced in comparision to other 2 but still needs work as by 2022 it will still be about 5 years behind in the development but with Porsche's expertise and know how it is a more do able project only if VAG is ready to join F1.

Any other engine manufacturer is going to go through the same problems that Honda have faced when they joined in 2015 with McLaren, and with the new engine formula applied in the F1 grid in 2026 why would any one want to waste resources for such an ambitious project with no fruition.

Although there is one more possible way and that is if RedBull buys Honda's PU IP and then developed it further then they could have their own engine and enough time to learn the trade for next engine formula where they could develop from scratch their own engine and become an engine manufacturer. But this project again needs substantial amount of investment which RedBull could afford but are they ready to do it is the real question??
