The rumours are Fredrick Vasseur, current Alfa Romeo Team Principal to take over the Ferrari TP job from 1st of Jan 2023. These rumours started by the Italian news paper in the same article where they claim Binotto is leaving the team which at that point was denied by Ferrari.
Some other rumours are of Ross Brawn's return as Ferrari TP as he is retiring from F1 role at the end of the year.
