Ok guys there's some good news to share...
I filed an official complaint with Total Parco yesterday. This morning I got a call from an official of Total Parco he said that we have investigated your complaint and identified the culprits and he assured me that strict action will be taken against them and that I would get a refund as well on the excess amount that was charged. He was also sorry for the trouble this incident caused. He said he out of town for a few days and that he would get back to me on Monday regarding the refund.
I wasn't expecting the matter to be resolved so quickly but I guess Total Parco deserves a pat on the back for its quick response and I must emphasize that instead of saying things like "Shell is bad" or "PSO is bad" or "Total is bad", we must take the time and effort to file an official complaint and let the company do its job. If we don't complain to the company and give them a chance to fix things, then we don't have no right to blame them.
