Well dude just a personal opinion, not meant to offend or anything, if you have a level of trust like brothers, than you could have called him first and cleared it out, the response would have been more prompt. And if you were unsatisfied, than made the thread to warn others. Any how, best of luck with the proceedings, I think you should be able return the product and get a full refund if you have been wronged.

Ahmer has got in touch wid me, he will work out a compensation of 5k and provide me a confirmed date tmoro. 14.5-5 is 9.5k which is a fair price for a repaired sub.
he accepts it was his genuine mistake but culprit was the original seller, so i wont put entire refund on him just because of the good times we have had.

Its not possible to have same user id and use capital letter as first letter.
