Freak him out by texting all the details and lodge a complain at State Bank of Pakistan website for fraudulent activity. Along with a written complain at SCB. The complain should highlight that your customer is using her account in "your" bank for fraud.
Send it to your regional office and email to whoever you can, they will most probably contact the customer. Banks have the right to freeze such accounts....
