There is a three pin plug covered with green color plastic behind a small piece of plastic cover ..... When you open the passenger door there is a plastic shield on door panels .... When the plastic shield ends move under the dashboard and the very first small plastic shield you will touch is the exact shield where you will find obd pin to be plugged in

.. there is already a return line for excessive fuel to go back to fuel tank .. i don't understand why you want to introduce this system
.. the fuel pump should not be left dry or the rubber parts give away early

if the mechanical pump keep pushing fuel while ur car is on cng the best modification would be to install an electrical pump .. i couldn't get your exact problem though

I am sorry to say you are totally confused and you have mentioned a long story which contains every thing except your problem ...... there is no rocket science which is missing in your car which you are trying to explain through diagram ..... please tell me the problem in just few simply words and i will definitely try to give a solution.....

Thank you brothers for your instant response. Actually I am facing the problem of Mechanical Fuel Pump failure in my Carby Mehran from the last year and I have got changed four fuel pumps uptill now. The main reason of fuel Pump failure is CNG to Petrol and Petrol to CNG.

So to overcome the problem of fuel pump failure; I have drawn this concept that if we drive the car on CNG then to keep fuel pump in working condition is necessary so that it could not fail in future.

Can we install an electronic fuel pump in carby Mehran? If yes then please let me provide the following:

1. Company name of electric fuel pump and drawing of electrical connections
2. Drawing of fuel lines
3. And what should be done with the mechanical fuel pump?

@racer7 Bhai if your problem is only to stop burning of your fuel pump, simply get a relay installed and connected to your fuel pump which will stop supply of current to the pump when it is not in use or when the car is being run on CNG. 300rs ka kharcha hy.

there are other mehran's working fine with same configuration .. problem should not be in the system in general but specific to your car ... u need to check following :

-- nature of failure in pump (it is sealed but u can cut the old one to see where the damage occured) .. if it is rubber failure then most likely it was running dry or it was extremely sub-standard
-- if the linkage or its spring broke or twisted then the drive or housing of pump is mis-aligned

for electric pump just go to any electrician specially those near kabli mkt they will give u an estimate / feasibility

my Coure is not giving a good mileage on petrol while it is the other way on CNG. got it checked from a mechanic & he told that its fuel pump needs replacement. he said that if you use both (CNG + Petrol) then the new one will again be damaged after some time (due to fuel change over). what you suggest ?
should i go for a new fuel pump (as i am planning to say NO to CNG now. only PETROL) or should i keep the OLD one ?

Bro the fuel pump is Mechanical and not the electric one.

Brother leave the old pump where it is and install any good electric pump inside the hood. Also install a relay with it.
No need to change fuel lines or anything. It will work absolutely fine

Coure is actually non EFI car that's why you cannot expect more than anything above 11 at max with light foot.....
One more thing to keep in mind is that GOVT has announced the GAS loadshedding schedule for winters and hence no gas will be supplied to the pumps for next 4 months so you have to get the car tuned for petrol only.

one suggestion is to convert your car ( carby point system ) to electronic system by replacing with japanese mira parts and i am sure it will definitely give you some additional mileage on patrol.

As per your attached images I can guess all other dents can be removed to an extend that no one can find it again but at bonut part someone has already left the hammer marks which now cannot be removed 100% but can be a lot more improved that you will be very satisfied but it takes time and effort of the denter.
I have two very very expert dry denters

Bro thank you for your swift response. Actually I have already gone through the said thread and also have a chat with bro @spectra. The problem I discussed with him was how this electronic fuel pump can compensate the fuel in the fuel lines as it may overflow due to the pump's continuous functioning. He replied that this pump is build up with overflow control.

Bro now my question is that how this electronic pump controls overflow and secondly from where one can get this fuel pump?

You have the right 3 pin cable which is required for civic 98 ...... out of 32 you will see a green cap which you removed to get the three pins for OBD connection .....

Through scanner you can control all the electronic systems connected to the engine.

pls: also note that there are different dype of cables available with different output pins to connect to different cars.
