I got my Xli (2007 model, 190k driven) heat up & oil water mixed a few days ago.my mechanic changed its gasket. But now i feel that its pick is not like before.

Yes once a car is heat up and still not taken care of urgently then it can effect engine ... may be now you need to face head and install new valves and rings

can you please tell me if someone in Lahore has facility of radiator pressure testing?
Coolant from radiator flows into the reservoir bottle but not sucked back so there is some tiny leak as engine is in good condition and no sign of oil+ water mix.
This saturday while travelling from balkasar interchange till Lahore on motorway coolant was not visible in radiator when checked next morning.

Umm - did you check the expansion tank hose pipe if it has any crack - a minor one too? And its end joints are they properly sealed with hose clamps?

First of all get your radiator serviced properly to make sure there is no leakage and water is flowing through all its internal lines ...
After you have to check radiator cap , reservoir cap and the rubber pipe joining both ... one of the three things must be faulty

bro radiator already serviced, radiator cap changed to new, rubber pipe joining both also changed to new. Thats why want to do a presure test.

Sometimes a leak of a pin hole size can make the lose of pressure during hot coolant flow. Secure the ends with hose clamps properly. And top of the rad. And see if it stops

I am first time buying car and eventually I have left two options (taking into account all the factors like resale, service, economy etc):

1) Suzuki Mehran VXR 2010(a friend of mine is selling, I would have to do some expenses in this car like change of tyre, little bit denting painting etc.

2) Suzuki Margalla 1998. I am getting a car from local person and car looks good.

Now I have to make a final decision which car to buy. I want least expenses during drive.

Your suggestions are highly welcome and will matter in deciding my first car.
