Never purchased a palindromic named car civic so no idea bro.
Eco on restricts the acceleration thus improving fuel economy. it also reduces power consumption of AC which to improve fuel economy.
Ahan, so how much is fuel economy of R18 civics?
I haven't kept R18 but Turbo gives above 17.5 with eco on at 120km/hr
In civic it changes the ratios as well as maping and limiting the fuel supply i.e. the ECU mapping switches to ECON mode in which you will feel the car slugish.
R18 engines since 2007 to date have the same fuel economy on Highway / motorway (I have squeezed it to get 18 plus from Lahore to Multan) but improved in the city i.e. it increased from 8 to 11 kms as compare to 8th Gen and now..
Share some photos please
In case of corolla it indicates economical drive, and yes within eco limits it gives great fuel economy.
You may go through my thread. Mileage pic is mentioned there.Cheers
I'm jealous mine is on 11.1km/ltr but once you start highway traveling will improve been told!
Guys I have a question, is it important to press brake pedal while starting a car with an automatic transmission. Car in question is 1.6 altis@autophile @haseeb.basharatThx.
If the car has push start it is necessary, no need of that with turn key ignition systems.
tried in both ways, I don't think anything can happen to car if we don't press it before starting it
