Sorry for jumping in with a reply before the person you asked the question from, but I thought I'd give my two cents as well.
There's a difference of 4 lac between 1.6 and Grande but Grande has 4 lac worth of equipment and options, which makes it worth every penny. Consider these: chrome grill, fog lights, chrome outside handles, sunroof, climate control, optitron meter with MID, steering controls for audio and MID; leather steering wheel, 8 inch capacitive touch display, cruise control, jackknife key, front glasses holder, sun visor lights, rear map lights, silver shift knob, chrome inside handles, leather seats, seat height adjustment for driver, rear reclining seats, soft touch dash, rain sensing wipers, CVT and a bigger engine.
These are all the features that Grande has and 1.6 doesn't. So when you pay 4 lac extra you're buying all this.
The choice for you is simple: if you want to cap your budget at 20 and save the extra 4 lac, go for 1.6. That would mean that you do not want any of the above features.
Actually the difference of equipment and price between the two variants is so much that it's almost unfair to compare them. It simply becomes a matter of budget rather than choice, because with an unlimited budget, the choice is obvious.
