The route is rough at some places, we went there by jeep but there are cars and bikes moving on the road too. There is also a daily bus service from Aliabad to Hopper by NATCO. Depending on your car you can take you car there too, but need to drive carefully. Send me a private message if you need any further information regarding Hunza.
