i am kind of interested.

for my XLI.
what benefits will i get ? and i want a long arm coz i feel the one with the engine will suck is hot air of engine.

then other thing i have in mind is that friend has a civic 2003 pros CNG. so for that. how will it be sorted out?
you mentioned getting a tune up thats not a problem but from where.

and how much performance gain he will be getting and what about millage on CNG/

For tunning on civic Get better plugs.Throttle cleaned,Lubes changed and rest if setting is due get it done.Go For smaller Air Filter in order to support cng aswell if ur Venturi has huge face otherwise if u can manage new venturi wth smaller face any of the filters can work.

For XLI the first thing will be dodging MAF and rest wht i figured out is you are looking for a ramintake.
