Just got these brand new Windows 8.1 tablets from Dell. These are full Windows 8.1 tablets (not Windows RT), runs every Windows application a regular laptop/desktop does (I'm able to run vmWare Workstation, Visual Studio 2012, etc). Comes pre-installed with licensed Windows 8.1 and Office 2013.
A great upgrade from any Android/iOS tablet - you can play when you want, and get serious work done when needed. Great battery life (8hrs +), loud speakers, and great viewing angles on the screen (I've had a Galaxy Tab 2 and Nexus7 before, and they are miles behind).
