i think she is missing a middle bolt on driver door panel...maybe because of sheer vibration that engine produces made it come loose...i would recommend to use some red thread lock in these cars for interior bolts...

Bro that's a door panel clip which is NOT a major deal and secondly,it's not off the car due to vibration infact pic was taken when the work was being done.

what kind of suspension setup were you using, as the car looks lifted to me, ground clearance is way too much,
plus how much boost were you running?
what transmission?
