Went through the whole thread and red the stupid discussion of some low baller.
Thats the main issue with us.
We want a car which is in total genuine paint and not willing to spend the money what the car deserves.
If the car is in genuine paint and its age is around 10 years, they took it as a drawback that its paint is faded or not glossy anymore, and if one restores it, then they come up with the repaint type ****.
If we observe the market out of our country, when a car is restored (i.e paintjob, engine swap or anything) which increases its exterior/performance, it also increase its resale value. But here people take it as a sin and the restorer has to pay the price in the shape of loss.
Im glad she is now with a new owner, he must be a caretaker i believe
