No demand. Visit and see the car.

It produces 7 to 7.5 kmpl with ac in Lahore on regular foot some fast some slow. 8 - 8.5 kmpl with easy foot on gas. However, on long with easy foot, went to Islamabad, roamed around, went to monal, back to Lahore in one full tank. Which was surprising for me too. Pictorial record of trip is available as evidence lol. AC is working good. Got it serviced recently.

Not mentioning demand is for sure a sign of insane demand. And that is the reason car is not sold yet. People expect profit on personal desires. It's been a year now and still this car is not sold. This Merc is pretty old and parts are not available plus they are expensive.

Pak is not a country where people appreciate one's hard work put in any vehicle neither the owner gets back what his car actually costed him
Although the second part of ur comment is true , its a pretty old car and parts are expensive but have u seen the car personally , its a v8 so under the hood parts are not a problem and secondly the condition tells all about the car , its in very neat condition so even an enthusiast may not spend a penny on it to change the way it is now

In fact its worse abroad. I saw someone selling a 1000bhp monster Corvette in the US that had close to $100k spent on it. When he put it up for sale he asked $46k and finally it sold off in $38k. Thats a massive 68% loss. In this regard the Pakistani market is better. However its a slow market for such cars and once again parts availability is a issue for some.

About a month a ago I came across a were good condition car similar to yours with sunroof oem curtains and original petrol engine. And was also on low miles when comparing it's age factor and was sold slightly over a million

Are you a buyer? Please give me an offer whatever you think is feasible for this car. The only condition is, offer must be in real with cash on the table. There are plenty of reasons for the car not being sold yet but price has never been an issue. Trust me on this. As far as parts are concerned, the parts are soooo easily available. New and old parts, both and they are not expensive as some of you may think. Please go do some research and then come back.

as far as the demand of this particular car is concerned (if you know the demand) i would say the demand is justified. Benz is a different league. A customer of ours, who already owns two benz went to islamabad for some personal matter and came back with a W126 MANUAL. The car was bought for 1.7M rs by him

still, if you know anyone who is interested please let me or tilsim know. the only condition is, no sms/fone offers

Well after all this time i cannot resist and have to jump in.

W126 worth matters alot depending on car to car and specs.

Probably a very nicely kept original sel500 or 560 would be priceless but should be around 25 lacks.
And all other petrol powered spotless ones should be around 12 lacks.
Coming towards manual transmission 280 or something similar should be around 9 max.

Finally diesel and avg condition 280's are below 9. Can be 9 or can be as low as 2 to 3 lacks.

Do keep in mind its really hard to sell a w140 these days. 320 etc hardly sell around 12-17 lacks. And if there is a s500 or 600 out there no one will sell it.

Now coming todwards this particular 280se(i will not discuss the price)

A Benz enthusiast will never buy it because of the toyota engine and its over all mix breed features.

And majority of other guys will not get a thirsty car(Even if its giving 8/liter its thirsty for them)

Thirdly other guys they already have a japanese with v8 swaps.

So buyer for this car is very very rare.

No doubt car is good etc and other facts but Market aspects do matter.

But fact will be fact that is a w126 which is completely showered with toyota engine. :p.

lets not discuss the price of this particular car, but you are overestimating the price (by almost double), a friends w126 s500 with the number N01 sold for 6, the engine was weak plus w126 are just too difficult to sell
