No offence but I am pretty sure that you are just another thread spoiler and nothing more. A potential buyer doesn't work on assumptions rather gives a call, inspects the car and then proceeds, which I am sure you never did. I am willing to sell my car at the market price, not below the market price and indeed I am not in a hurry.
