you must be mistaken brother a 20 years old designed 1.8 litre can not give the fuel economy you mentioned...i have a 660cc manual efi car and she can not give me 15km/litre.
so please recheck your findings if you are dead sure than i am ready to purchase your vehicle at any price(A)

660 cc aap ko wo average nahi de ga jo aap ko bara engine, with low acc de sakta hay, 660 with 5 person zada zor marna parta hay engine pe tab bhagti hay.
