Fuel Economy of Dyl yd70 Dhoom.. aka doomed to fail

i just use yamaha recommended oil availale at yamaha dealers.

how you people measure the average ?
i will show u how to do it precisely and will try to gauge its average again ,, wait till then,,

today i put petrol of 50 rs, which is .6 liter ,now here is the process ,,
the bike stoped on reserve ,start nai ho rai thi,then chowk laga k start ki mushkal sa kuch dour hi chali hogi ka band ho gai , then lita li thi take petrol aik side pa a jaya, then, started again and drove it almost 2 km,, laikin band nai hovi thi par hona ko thi,,, then i poured 50 rs petrol of .6 litre, and it stoped after 40 km,, and it started again with just choke ,, ,,, so kahna ka matlab,, it did 40 km in .6 iter which translates to 66 km per liter.. i will do this test again to verify it, bike was tuned a moth ago,yani since last tuning it has done almost 1000 kms,,

ok guys recently this bike has been giving me a good average today i checked it and now it is 75 km/ltr,in economy speed,, fr further info check the thread

@asjdsm what is your model..We have both 09 and 10..09 is not a good model..Especially the engine..But 2010 is the best..I have won the race on it with many bikes e.g cd70 pakhero..Even the 09 model can smoke cd70..After driving 2010 model f dhoom.i think why people buy cd70 which is 65k..Only honda is for fuel otherwise it has no pick or ride as yd70

@Adnan747 Agreed. and also dyl has 78cc engine and heavier in wieght than So called Japanese Cd 70.

bhai its cylinder is 78 but the carb is os 16 or 17mm exactly the same size as of honda or other 72cc's,, after a lot of searching for some bigger carb,i casme to the conclusion that hero has a bit bigger carb ,,as all shopkeeprs told me ka 2 tarah ka carbs hain 70 ma aik honda 70 ka aik hero ka kionka hero ka kionka hro ka bore bara hotha ha,,

Both are good.But UNIQUE 41000 ko zyada satisfy krti hai.Quality main bhi DYL sy kam nahin.

@cursedd: if u r willing to spend 48k on DYL then i recommend u to go 100cc Category
as 70cc Chaina and 100cc Chaina have almost same Economy.

but 100cc u have better Road Grip, Power and Style
