Keep reminding them of this issue throughout the day many times so that it gets embedded in their sub conscious and one day U will see how well it works

1GB hell even 4GB builtin VGA is absolutely nothing infront of a basic
256MB 8600GT

and aside from the graphics GTA4 is a processor intensive game aswell

i remember the PC version was delayed 1 month to correspond with the release of Core i7 as a marketing gimmick

keep 1 thing in mind always when buy a gaming PC
the Cost of ur 3D Card should much higher than the Cost of your Processor

i have seen ppl Pair 25k Rs Core i7s with 2k Rs outdated 3d Cards :S

i ve been using the theory cost of graphics card=cost of cpu...
thats why i have 6850 179$ with X6 (1055t) 179$ lol

ur GPU is trailing behind ur CPU

u can put up 6870s in CrossFire and still the Processor wont be a bottleneck xD

i dont know why people look at memory when they are looking at graphics card..

memory does matter but not that much, what important is how many pixel shader and processing cores you have in your graphics cars.

i ll give u an example a 320mb 8800gts will crush a 9500gt 1gb in gaming performance..

9500gt is no way near 8800gts.

if you need to play games on computer you need graphics card period, and minimum a graphics card that costs more than 8000rs or 100$...

even 9500gt struggles on gta 4

sir check the resolution in the video its only 1024x768 which is nothing actually
and its lagging all over the place D:

Sub HD 1280x720 which is usually on 17inch LCDs
19inch LCDs have 1440x900
Full HD is 1920X1080

currently if u want lag free gaming at 1280x720 resolution u need 9800GT atleast
GTS450 is the recommended mid range card though

GTX460/HD5850 for 1440X900 to 1920X1080 range

Get yourself a graphic card..... Builtin VGA doesnot works in gaming.... The same problem I used to have but after I installed Graphic card problem was solved.... I am using XFX GT220 1 gb memory bought it for Rs 7000 1 year ago

If u can afford expensive graphic card than go for GTS 250 with 1 Gb memory cost u arround 13000 or GTX 460 1 gb memory will cost u around 17000.... They worth buying
But remember Always buy 1 gb + memory graphic card and of XFX or NVIDIA or ATI don't go for any other company.....

After Graphic card installation u will be problem fre......

Buddy u r right about resolution.... but I was recommending him 1 gb + graphic card because of 2 reasons...... First is when I bought GT220 512 mb card.... GTa 4 doesnot work properly and used to hang a lot but after I replaced it with 1 Gb GT220 than the game run flawless....
Second is he will have room for upgradeing monitor or screen...

YEs NVIdia and ATI doesnot sell card directly thats why I also Use the word XFX and thanks for reminding me the name of EVGA....

XFX card deosn't gave me any problem...... U shd use PSU more than 550 Watts..... Every graphic card has different requirement.... Gt220 need 400 Watts and I use 550 watts... no problem at alll.......... Galaxy and Czone are reliable retailers and Galaxy is internationally recognized body......

lol i also finished GTA4 on Xbox 360 xD

anyway the point of PC gaming is better graphics over consoles
the point of console gaming is much more variety of games including exclusives

GPU may jitna paisa lagao *** utna acha result milay gaaaaaaa....

My recommendation is GTS 450, HD 6790, HD 5750, HD 6670...

Choose karo card jo budget may aata hai... or Budget batado to hum card bata day ***........

Get an xfx 9800gt. It is 256bits with 1gig memory. I got my new system same specs as urs but wid 9500gt 512 mb.maza ni aya gta iv pe. Isi liye kehta hn 9800gt le lo. Around 7k ka hai. Ap muje itnay barre gamer ni lagte is liye is sai behtar card lena zaroori ni hai.
