Bro do you have any disc? Insert it and try to see for how long it's spinning? I'm reinstalling the update, hope it becomes normal or maybe it really is an added feature!

Really sorry for late reply was very busy didn't even touched ps4 from 10 days .... Today I saw ps4 and it was full of dust...... First time I saw it in dark grey colour as before I cleaned it every day.... Anyways I inserted the disc and it just spinned for few seconds until the start the game option came...... Anyhow version 1.75 is also released.. Saw it today... So if u haven't updated ur ps4, then update it maybe it will resolve ur issue ;

Oh, actually after reinstalling the software, now it's taking around a minute to stop spinning the disc!
I'll update it asap! I only have COD: Ghosts disc for now and few digital demo games like UFC, Fifa 14, NBA etc

My ps4 will now come in september because my mama vacation is delayed but if gta v launches in september than i will also tell him to bring gta v with him
