Wanted some input regarding purchasing a laptop for both mediocre gaming and mostly post-processing and picture editing needs.

I was particularly after the Dell Inspiron 15 7000 series - 7537 which packs Core i7, 16GB Ram, 1TB HDD, 2GB DDR5 GT 750M, 15inch Touch 1080p Display. The looks are spectacular and the design is flawless.

The only game for now I look forward to play on it is DOTA 2 and for other needs Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom should run with no issue.

Kindly suggest if this is a feasible option in 100k mark or is there any other better option than this. Also let me know of trusted retailers in Karachi apart from Galaxy, PakLap in Uni.

Waisay PS4 games aren't that expensive, used one costs around 1.5-3.5k depending on it's release date, older one's are the cheapest and you always have an option to exchange it with another game or sell it. Plus if you buy PS plus membership, you'll get 2 free games every month. This month, PS Plus subscribers got PS4 exclusive "inFamous First Light" and one more, don't remember it's name.
So there are lots of options. :)

Yes all game shops that deal in PS4 and its games will exchange or buy it, but they will take some money on top if you want to exchange your disc with a new game. Best is to exchange/sell it through OLX or PakGamers plus if you sell your disc to any shop, the shopkeeper will buy it at a lower price. You can buy membership from people at PakGamers, from shops or from any online shops. Price varies from shop-shop. Most people prefer US PS Plus membership and 1 year subscription of US will cost around 4.8-5.5k though I've seen people selling it for 3.5k at PakGamers. 3 months membership would be around 2.5k

Btw Dota/LoL is not a RPG. As far as the rivalry, well yes there is [emoji14] dota as a game has a much more steeper learning curve, LoL on the other hand is a bit easier to get started with and better suited to someone who just wants to play casually.

I was a avid DOTA player back in 2009-2012 on GArena. Left it then due to studies. Recently over the last 6 months used to play with bots when free (just for time pass) on my laptop which couldn't support DOTA2. Recently got to play it for the first time on a friends PC and was amazed by the changes. So will be back in the game when I iA grab the laptop. Won't be a regular though due to further advanced studies

P.S. My game is not that awesome. And no idea about steam link, can only provide when I install it on my own PC and make an account.

what laptop do you have? i used to play dota 2 on my core 2 duo laptop, worked fine. obviously had to turn down the settings. on my present laptop i play it on full HD, it's a really light game

Its a old Sony VAIO. Core 2 Duo with no dedicated graphics and I guess 2 GB RAM. I have to play DOTA on lowest settings, DOTA 2 didn't work. Installed it and it gave an error. Im sure was due to old Direct X but since DOTA can't run easily on it, I don't want to hate myself in each game by playing DOTA 2 on it
