anyways i got seedbox once ever,it was 100mb shared seedbox,but got great ratio built up on IPT with it 
dont know about free seedbox but i paid around $8 or 12 i guess for a month
i am on a site about webmasters where they had quite cheap of everything,including seedbox which was not only 100mb but of 1gb connection :o
seedbox is like remote pc with great connection like 100mb/1gb etc n great pc server specs with a GUI of seedbox where you can download torrents with that speed n then seed them to build your ratio
you get some space like 10gb etc depending on what you pay for and you can download that much n seed it or just delete up n download more
but all that stuff you download is on that remote pc not on your own pc and that keeps running all day 24/7 even if you shut down your pc
