If you want a gaming PC, you would need to upgrade it yearly.
Consoles don't need these things, just get the disc and play!

Well i have also heard that pirated Cd's are available on xbox 360 just like ps2 but these pirated Cd's aren't available on ps3.

Yeah, PS3 is just like Jtagged Xbox, you have to download games on your PC and then transfer it to your PS3 HDD.
I wish this thing soon comes to PS4, I can't even buy another game!
