I said motherboard, not CPU. You are gonna fit your GPU on the motherboard and that should be able to support the speed GPU has to offer. Get a motherboard and then add whatever CPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, GPU and PSU you want. You want to upgrade any of that component then just swap it with a better one whenever you wish to.

Buy used core i5 2nd gen desktop ( cost around 13000), brand new Gigabyte nvidia Geforce Gtx 1050ti (priced around 22000) so with a budget of 35000 you will be able to play almost all the latest games in medium to high settings.

I don’t know if pentium g4560 is available in Pakistan or not but it’s more than enough to play games paired with 1050ti or 750ti

You can also use graphics cards externally, there are ways to do it, which was figure out for laptop where you are stuck with the built in graphics card. Youtube has some videos that demonstrate that.

1. Install EPSXE Emulator (I recommend ROM Hustler).
2. Install Playstation BIOS (Since BIOS is illegal to download, you'll have to go down the torrent way. I've a Playstation BIOS which I can upload if you're interested)
3. Install ROM for Teken 3 (I recommend CoolRom).
4. Mount The ROM in emulator.
5. It should run!
6. There might be few graphical glitches here and there so you'll have to tweak graphics settings. That's what happens when you emulate games on a PC!

I've played old Playstation games like original Resident Trilogy (Scary), Silent Hill (Even more SCARY!!!), Tekken 2/3, Metal Gear Solid, Grand Theft Auto 1 & 2 (Yes, 1 & 2, I'm an old school gamer!), Broken Sword 1/2 and a bunch of others on my PC without a hitch!

There's even an emulator for Playstation 2 called PCSX2 but it requires a LOT of GPU muscle to run most games smoothly and some games aren't even supported as of yet. But it's the only way to get PS2 exclusives on your PC!
