Some pics of the Nallah... The actual place was much more beautiful then what the pictures present.... The weather was very pleasant but the water was too cold for having a bath (It was about 6PM when we reached there...)

Although this waterfall/Nallah was nothing as compared to what we saw in Neelum valley but still it was worth visiting as it was just 7km off the main road. If we had come here earlier we definitely would have taken a bath in this Nallah which would have been a nice experience.

We hiked back up to the road and left the Kotla road and joined the main Sudhan Gali road. Our next stop was the Nallah crossing on the main Sudhan Gali road.
Locals told that in rainy season this crossing can be blocked for a few hours because the water level can be dangerously high and could take the vehicle with it's flow.

There were many people from Bagh etc. here who were either washing their vehicles or having a party (Water melons)...

After this we went non-stop to Sudhan Gali. It was roughly 20-25 KM from this point with all ascend. The road was in good condition except the 2-3 Nallah crossings that we encountered. Approximate time of this route is 1 hour. We went straight to the Tourism Rest House where we had a couple of rooms reserved for the night.

Sudhan Gali:
The approximate height of Sudhan Gali is 7400feet above see level. In comparison this is almost the same as the highest point in Murree. The weather was very pleasant and in the night we had to take blankets. It is at the border of Bagh and Muzaffarabad districts. Very beautiful and scenic place.
There are couple of Rest houses available one is Tourism and other is PWD. Both can be booked from Muzaffarabad or Bagh.
Also there was at least one hotel(not a very good level) with rooms available for accommodation. We took dinner from that hotel and the administration was very helpful and nice. The dinner was very delicious and cheap.

The main attraction in Sudhan Gali is Ganga Choti. Also there is a cricket ground in a place called Cooper. although we didn't have enough time to visit this place.

Thanks for appreciating... Yes the Gilgit/Baltistan trip is ON. We will leave Islamabad on 2nd July and reach back on 10th July Insha'Allah. The only issue left is the return ticket from Gilgit. The booking for Islamabad-Skardu flight is confirmed but the return ticket from Gilgit is on waiting list. Trying to use some contacts to make it a confirm booking although the flights from Gilgit are most of the time cancelled due to weather.

Dear @ imarshad

Please tell me is it suitable to stay in Sudhangali with family (wife and daughter) or its better to stay in Bagh and visit during day time.

Also tell me which hotel in Bagh is best. I have read the list in Hotel Reviews thread but can not decide since from the list deciding factor is only rent per day.
