For door locks and machine repairs, 3S will say replace it, new one needs to be placed, and I dont believe that.
for my cultus, I use to get them placed/repaired from Tibet Center, under the tree there is a young Molana sb does the work very efficiently, he has covered all that under the tree area with old/new spares and bag of tool around him. For me he is economical guy to keep things working, cultus door lock was replaced and adjusted to the original car key - i like that guy 
Most of the time I found him repairing JDM's - If no one can do it, then that guy under the tree will do it.
Steering:
3S ppl repaired it lasted 4months and later 6months or lil more, then this 3rd time I found a local steering guy in DHA Phase 2 next premier biryani that bush repair worked for years even till I sold in 2014.
Radiator Fan:
Replaced it with a used one from Magzine lane, behind Tibet centre.
Electric Corrections:
Person next to my house know him since schools days, never a electric problem with any of my bike, car, Bolan.

- Mechanical (30% exp because of GST and other tiptops then local market)
- New Ride purchase (they help in all paper work even after you sell it, i my case of car documentation I tell them to take care of it and let me know how much it costed, where they also know Kamran is very cunjoos person for when it comes to paper work fees
