I visited the Geely motors at Walton.
The car is really very good at this price tag.
The owner of the showroom Mr. Atif Abbas is a very good person. He himself showed me the car and described its features. The car has very good exterior as well as interior. three lights on the roof (on for door as usual and two with swithes, lights are also present at back sides for rear passsengers) The Plastics and material used are of good quality as compared to any of its rival and above rated models.
The driving position and gear position is also good and comfortable. The rear passengers have ample leg room.
The HID lights look good and the paint quality is also very good. The car has 5 alloy wheels (alloy wheels are of very good quality) The trunk has good space even after CNG installation. The spare wheel space is very neatly built with full tool kit present there.
The Car is good insulated with high quality materials for suppressing engine noice.
The are offering test drive for serious customers.
I sked Mr. Atif Abbas to publicise the car on Pakwheels which he promised.

Mr. Atif Abbas also told me that in the next month he is also launching the Land Mark by ZX auto and also the SUT ( double Cabin like Hilux 4 x 4), I think the name was Tiger. Both the cars of very very high quality with much more features than the Japanease rivals. The Tiger even has the dial type 4 x 4 conversion dial instead of a gear.

The most important of these vehicles is that they have orignal Japanease engines:

Mitsubuishi 2.4l itres Petrol
or
Nissan 3.2 liters Diesel
The price range of these models will vary from 15 lacs to 18-19 lacs.

The engine is same as 1.3 engine used in new Daihatsu Cuore here in UK. It is a Toyota engine and lively one with the 86 bhp

only geely needs bit more under the bonnet finish,like updated EFI unit and space around and few untidy wires.

Its even got hydraulic hinges to hold the bonnet up. Not the usual rod that has the gap to wedge it in.

You can tell that Daewoo designed this car as the the dashboard has a opel/gm/daewoo look to it.

Its looks like merc from the front, Opel Vectra lights at the back and Proton side doors and handles

Good car for the price.

Why do they always show the basic white model in the showroom. the whole point of the showroom is to show the car in its best variants. I beleive the sky blue colour will be a customer favourite

a great car for the price tag indeed! and with lots of goodies! FAR BETTER THAN THE CULTUS AND SANTRO CRAP we get in the same price range!! a must consideration indeed!
