First I would call it a Very informative post.
Today I spent my day after the WIRE. Every body here had almost same kinds of wire even Motorcycle and Car parts shops (I cannot look inside the wire but they looked same and price per meter was also approx same). Eventually I bought a wire from an electric store, that wire is used with batteries, not as thick as we use on car battery terminals, it was rather a bit thinner than the original HT wire but a whole bunch of copper wires inside, insulation didn't seem very thick but it looked like a quality stuff.
I brought it home and started insulating it; used a whole role of scotch tape on it. First taped it three times with close rounds, when it became so thick to hardly fit in petrol pipe, I put it in the petrol pipe; then again taped it two times and finally put a sleeve on it; the sleeve was one used on 7/36 cable by that time the wire was so thick that it was a tight fit in that fat sleeve.
Then I firmly screwed it in HT coil and plug adapter; I took the plug out and fixed it in adapter, touched the ground of plug to generator chases and pulled the rope; there was quite strong spark this time. But when I fixed the plug back and tried to start the gen, IT DIDN'T. Even after every effort to adjust governor screw, NG bolt and choke lever. I don't know where to go and what to do with this machine.
There is an other thing that's worth sharing that from a few days, I have noticed that my generator's exhaust tappet automatically gets tight in a week after adjustment, so tight that it leaves no gap at all. My generator's head is almost new and looks perfect inside tappet cover, no signs of damaged plate, springs or anything else.
