Hi Guys hope you all are having fun recently we started having trouble with natural gas, damn load shading as my ATS is on petrol so it just ruined my battery and petrol by starting again and again for couple of seconds. So we decided to add a smart sense in it.

so here we go now my ATS has smart sensing.
How it works is simple it senses if gene is on it drops the ignition and trips the fuel to ignition sequence after (adjustable timer) 2 min it resets the whole ATS.
PCB design attached. I can email you the printable file if anyone want. Pakwheel don't support oxps or pdf files.
its all based on timers and will cost you around 300

Great And I thought u already had one as a safety requirement.
My ATS gives 3 selfs and then shuts down if fail start and
Ma Sha Allah again and again i haven't encountered any failed starts for several months.

Dear the problem was not with starter it starts on petrol fine like a new one.
The problem was with GAS = no gas. So when it starts for couple of seconds it resets the ATS so that turned into chain reaction. and Ruined battery and fuel.
now it just trips fuel to ignition sequence if it remain start for 2 min (adjustable) than whole ATS would be reset. So the benefit would be if gene starts on petrol for couple of seconds it will start it again for twice. after that control timer will trip it.

I m having a problem with the change over relay it latches but sometimes it doesnot give output then i have to tap it alittle what could be the reason?? should i replace it with 12v one?

is Ur change over relay is 220v AC then ur coil might be weak.
U using any timer on it???

yes it is 220v ac and i m not using any timer.Maybe low voltage is the reason voltage stays between190 ~210????
