@moiz i have got a small fridge guard ill show u ..
it works same as our delay switch .. its job is if the voltage is over it disconnects the fridge thru relay.. and even if its under it disconnects too.. and it will again try to on the relay in 3mins or so ..
its small jus like our circuits...but comes in proper box with the name fridge guard and rs 350 or 400 i gues..

@nomanzia whatsup with u fuel tank? why are u using a bikes one? and did u made a box for ur ats or not yet?? use any old stabilizers box or simply but 300w ups box its more then enuf will cost u about rs250 and yeah it is available near electronice2000..
btw iam not satisfied with the quality of pcbs of electrinic2000.. digitec is better..

I asked the honda guys if my 2kva honda generator has starter motor mounts to which he said no it doesn't so i guess no ATS for me

as hanimughal explained
check your 14 point relay first if its working or not by giving it 220V AC output from your generator as your 14 point relay is 220AC? right??
then start your generator and see if your 14point relay gets ON when generator starts.

I checked the circuit and found one wire connection issue. When I changed the wire. Now situation is that the flasher circuit don't initiate the self after the start but the lights changes like from green to red after some time & again go to green.
Then I saw some fumes coming out of wires and burned the wires

open ur flywheel take it with u for size
and there are other ways too for mounting stater motor..
like with a whole big round clip if u have seen those big ones the one cng wala's use to mout cng cylendr with that ring?:S

Hey guys I have problem with my generator spark plug.when I try to start it on gas it's give me sound like two stoke engine.when I start generator on fuel.its work fine.before this my gen working fine on Gas.i share generator spark plug pics

hope not NK buy some japanese one or use any old car's one.. adjust its gap to 0.4mm using feeler gauge

noo noo bro ur self will get burn this way as those sparks are of ur self it is same as if your car is already start and on that ur giving the ignition
as ur ATS is not getting the proper signal off for this circuit check ur supply first of all for testing after starting the generator via this circuit on green light takeoff the self wires of 8point relay and then see the connections going thru the 14point relay and also check ur generators 12vdc output not battery the generators 12vdc output as if its giving the 12vdc or not cuz as soon as it gets 12v the 14point relay r2 will disengage the circuit

not using NK,i am using DENSO spark plug just now i changed new DENSO plug.

bro both lights of that circuit shud cutt offf as soon as ur generato turns on as ur 14point relay make contacts in normal position it will disconnect the contacts as soon that 14point relay will get power whether by 220v output of gen or by 12v if its 12v one do check that first see the contacts in relay to which positions are they inn?

@nomanzia its a geneator starter circuit../amf card.
how much are they selling it now??
u can see the 2 variables? those are for self starting and off..
same thing we are using but only 125 rupess one lol..this one looks good too..
lets here there price now..
at geeirfan adjust ur sparkplugs gap iam uploading a pic for ref same gap 0.4mm ok.

as Hanimughal said your 14 point relay is not working or you have made wrong connections to 14 point relay.

show me the picture of negative wire of your timer IC going at which point in 14 point relay & also the ON signal wire from 8 point relay from change over circuit is going in which point of 14 point relay?

Does your 14 point relay works after generator starts?

Have you attached any other wire with with timer IC?

After generator starts there should not be any green or red light on your Timer IC it should completely shut off when generator starts

I bought a generator that runs on gas only with choke half-way between on/off. If I move either way, its voice changes like it's trying hard to keep up and moving more shuts it down. On petrol, it works fine with choke off.

I tried adjusting the bolt on gaskit but that's not helping. What could be the issue?

moiz a reason might be he's using a faulty relay or its point in base?
@nomanzia have u tested that relay without circuit? by giving power? u know those 2 points right by which u have to give power?and make sure ur using the right relay with right voltage

u dont have to adjust a choke on natural gas everytime if its already starting on ng there might be a point at choke where it starts normally just leave the choke there ,and about the bolt on gaskit u mean t valve? adjust that when generator is already on gas for making it stable, thats where that valve works.

So it's normal if the choke is half between on and off on gas and stays there? My friend keeps the choke on his generator (different brand) fully off and it works fine for him. That made me worried a bit.

I heard it could be due to low gas supply. Is that right?

You have to tie it up with something or get a new carburetor because there is a strip on carburetor at base of choke which gives the choke the friction so that it doesn't move.
