i believe when managing a MEET for members by an announcement on forum a permission is necessary with submission of date time venue and MENU to DUTCH for snacking
a list be prepared for participants and posted prior to actual meet.
because any individual who take up responsibility of arranging meet is devoting time and energy to bring people together and that effort shall be appreciated & acknowledged accordingly by the Forum Owner(s) & Administrators.
such announcements as above shall be considered 'promo' of event and be charged
