Guys, so how long does glass coat last actually? Considering that collinite claims 12 months for 476 and it lasts here for 2 months max! I'm thinking that 3 yrs glass coat life would last just a year. What do you guys say?

longevity of glass coating depends how you wash and maintain a glass coated car. In Pakistani environment I don't see it more than 2 years if you maintain it as required. Also remember that glass coating is more of surface protection of paint. swirls can still come on coated car if its not maintained, yes the swirls will initially appear on the coating itself and it becomes more evident due to glazed nature of coatings.

Depends on too many factors
First of all the application

Has the applicator of glass coat applied the glass coat the perfect way.
2ndly how are u maintaining the coat

If you are washing with surf and peela kapra. Its life will reduce easily to 1 year

If you are using microfibre and are not dry dusting the car and washing it with shampoo and mainting the glass coat it can last upto the claimed life given it has been applied correctly by the detailer.

well I have doubts on thats. I hope it lasts the same way because the environment here is too dusty and full of dirt plus how does it react to high temperatures?

Dust does not rip off the glass coat. Like it can not rip of the clear coat of paint. No matter how much dust there is

Yes if you start cleaning the car with dirt on it (dry dusting) then that durt will start affecting glass coat.

Glass cost is too strong to get disturbed from high temperatures.

2-3 years is nothing for a good glass coat.

Koi is ka jawab dai sakta hai yeh glass Coating k bad nahi chipkai gee

Yes it will stick, but it will not harm the paint and won't leave the mark after cleaning, I call them "Aromic Tati's"
