Brother to be honest, I have never used ZIC 0w-30, accordingly cannot comment, however, generally, for Toyota and Honda engines, 5w-30 is mostly recommended. For these 02 brands, the recommended latest engine oil grades for latest engines are; 0w-16, 0w-20 and 5w-30, of course where they apply. 0w-30 can also fit in, but is mostly recommended for German or US brands IMO.
0w-30 and 5w-30 may not make much difference, other than aiding cold start, however, if Toyota usually recommends 5w-30 (instead of 0w-30, and Toyota people definitely know that 0w-30 is also there in the market), then there must be some solid, genuine reason behind it.
