What has missing got to do with clutch or pressure plate? Seems BS to me. Usually missing is done due to faulty current at high speed or plug. Similarly vibration can also be the cause of this or oil or a nose nut somewhere.
Before getting your bike opened for no reason at all, i will suggest to do the following
1) Change your engine oil and this time try zic
2) Get your spark plug examined to see if it is ok and has the right gap
3) After that get your coil examined because bike is missing at high rpm which suggests that something is not proving enough current at high rpm mostly probably either a faulty plug or coil or perhaps both
4) Vibration will slowly reduce after the above. What you can do it to get your nult bolts tighten which will be done at 1000 kms anyway.
PS did you change your first oil at 300kms?
