Dear All PW's & especially my colleagues at Gorakh Hills & Gaaj Naddi
It was such a wonderful trip that its memories keep on lingering in my thoughts till now.
We made it safely that is the good part.
Although the final ascend to the top was a difficult one & a first timer like me who made it on H4 was an achievement.
Being the last vehicle in our convoy with Roof Carrier to be fully loaded with our stuff & 80 KG fire wood it was really amazing.
while coming back I was the first one & the Prado was on L4.
This Gorakh Hills has one amazing thing.
You are at the bottom of hill, look upwards & ask your guide where is the destination & he points upwards & says That's it.
It is the highest peak in near vicinity
& Bingo
You climb it Zig Zag on 4X4 with last pass taking your breath away.

I remember when I was at a private aviation company and we were planning to operate flights to the nearest airport to increase tourist activities to Gorakh Hill....Unfortunately, it has been more than a century since this place was discovered but very little has been done to give it the attention it deserves!
