What Does It Do ?

Short Answer : Eliminate the air bubble from over heating

Briefly :

By mounting the tank high up in the engine compartment, Oe can be assured that of a fully filled system with room for air expansion, thus reducing chances of overheating due to air-lock.

Once the thermostat opens, the hot coolant bypasses the radiator to pass through the tank, and is returned, hot, to the water pump inlet to re-enter the engine housing ports.

Its purpose is first to collect air/vapor in an upper, stagnant chamber.
Then by thermal expansion of the fluid and gas, it purges the collected air into the vented overflow bottle by way of a 3rd hose that ends in the bottle below the coolant level.

Air bubbles rise to the top and vent to the atmosphere. Upon cooling-contraction, coolant from the bottle is pulled back into the system.

The coolant that flows to the separation tank comes from the top of the thermostat housing, where a mini chamber is cast into the housing.

The entry into this chamber can be seen after removing the fill cap as a 10mm hole. The only chamber exit is the hose to the separation tank.

Well This Is Original CF Bonet On Euro R (Islamabad) ..
I thought To Have This When It Was on Sale But

I Realized That My Cl-9 Body Color Is BIt Different & With CF Bonnet Like This
Will Not Be Suitable To Have A Good Combination

But If In Future I Change My Mind Maybe I Go For Original CF Hood Not Warp.

As I Bought The New Set Of volk racing T37 With New Tyres From UAE & Send Pak:

Dunlop Sports Maxx june 2012 Production Brand New
front 8.5 With 245/40R19
Rear 9.5 With 275/35R19

Which didn't Fit As Rear End Is too Big And Front is too fatty :)

So i Removed The New tyres & May Be i Sell them or use Some Whr Else

& Currently The Tyres Size Em Using On T37 Are:

Rear 9.5 245/35R19

But Very Soon i ll Buy New Tyres Are Plan is Like:
