Dear all,

finally i have calculated the average mileage per ltr,

in the first 225 kms, my mehran gives about 17 km/ltr.

then i tested again by using only 1 ltr petrol in tank, it again gives me 16.5 km.

so, my car gives me about 16-17 km/ltr without AC in city (pindi/islamabad).

maybe it will give more mileage after some running, (after 1000 km or above), cz right now im used to drive baleno, and mehran is totally different, so maybe it also affects the mileage.

thats great but kindly tell us also that what was your average speed how many traffic signals you faced during that 1 litre drive and this is with out ac and i think it will do 12-14 with ac .

for the first 220 km, i dont know the traffic signals
but max speed is 80-85, and average speed is you can say 65 km/hr.

and for the 1 ltr drive, its from PSO Pump near jinnah park to G-9 isb, (via rawal road, murree road, 9th ave, G-9)

almost all the signals are red on murree road, average speed is same 60-65 km/hr.

try to install ac from suzuki authorized dealers otherwise your car warranty may be in risk

brake booster nahi he i think so.

but brake itni bhi buri nahi he jitna mene socha tha,
maybe i was not driving rushy

actaully it had simple non presurable brake before one have to push paddel harder and harder to stop it!
i heard it got brake booster!!
for that the brake shall start apply by just pressing the paddle a little bit!!

bro i have alto vxr kindly yr bta do ky kya wo sale kr ky ye purchase kr loon ya thek he vxr???i mean vxr behtr he ya mehran bcox me mileage se satisfied nai hoon vxr ki,,,,so plx bro guide me...n own waghera mila kr kitny ki purchase ki gari bro???

The company claims that it gives around 24 km/l. I got into a chat with the manager at one of Suzuki's showrooms. If compared with your mileage yours doesn't seems so satisfactory. But then maybe yours new and after running it would do better. lets see....

but the manager of the showroom from where i bought it, said that there is 2 ltr petrol in it, and it can easily run 35-40 km.
so his claim is almost true.

lets hope that it wll give more after some running.

Today I see new EURO II mehran in Johar Town, Lahore. The owner claimed average of 24-25 KM/Ltr. I don't know that this claim is true or not. Or may be this average is on highway.

Let's see after driving 1000KM or more. Then average may be better.
