Q1, it will be around 35-40L. Empty your tank (either by driving or manually) and get it filled, you will get an answer.
Q2, when you empty your tank for q1, fill it slowly and notice aftrr how many liters of petrol poured into it, the needle reaches E, you will get your answer, i think it will be about 4-5 liters, was 7 liters in my khyber.
Q3, during the proceudre for Q1, filling slowly when you reach F, notice the reading on the petrol pump machine & see it again when your tank is totally full. The difference is your answer. I dont thnk so you should be worried about this.
Q4. Usually they fill with the nozzle held a little outside than normal. And hilana julana method is correct
Q5. Fill the tank, note the reading on your meter. Drive for like 20 km(or any number of km, not necessarily a round figure), have your tank filled again. Note the amount of petrol that goes in. Divide the km you drove by the number of liters and this will give your mileage in terms of km(s)/liter. Divide the rupees you pay after refilling by the km you drove and you will get mileage in rupees per km (the most famous :P). The more no. of km you drive before refilling the tank to calculate the mileage, the more accurate results you will get. (btw 100 km is recommended, but you can satisfy your curiosity by driving only 20)
Hope it helps.
